Getting Started

Do I need technical knowledge to set up paware.io?
No technical expertise required. Setup takes about 10 minutes: import your employee list via CSV or connect your directory (Azure AD, Google Workspace), configure SSO if needed, and launch your first campaign. Our platform handles all the technical complexity behind the scenes.
How does the free trial work?
30 days of full access to everything—no credit card required. You get the entire platform including phishing simulations, training modules, and vendor assessments. Test with your actual team. If you like it, we'll help you transition to a paid plan smoothly.
What languages do you support?
Currently English and Hebrew with full RTL (right-to-left) support. All training content, phishing templates, and UI elements are fully localized. We're actively working on additional languages based on customer demand—reach out if you need a specific language.

How is this different from KnowBe4 or similar platforms?
We combine three things most platforms don't: (1) AI-powered phishing simulations that adapt to individual behavior, (2) training that personalizes to each person's knowledge level and learning pace, and (3) automated vendor security assessments with 15+ scanners. Plus, we're built for teams that want actual risk reduction, not just compliance checkboxes.
Can I customize the phishing templates?
Absolutely. Use our templates as-is or customize them completely—change content, logos, layouts, landing pages, sender information. You can even create templates from scratch. The AI will still adapt difficulty based on individual performance, regardless of which templates you use.
How does vendor assessment work?
Enter a vendor's domain and we'll run 15+ automated security scanners (DNS configuration, SSL/TLS security, open ports, breach history, cloud asset misconfigurations, typosquatting domains, and more). Simultaneously, we send them a customizable security questionnaire. You get a comprehensive report combining automated scans and human-verified responses—in hours, not weeks.

Security & Privacy

What data do you collect and where is it stored?
We collect only what's operationally necessary: email addresses, training completion status, phishing click behavior, and vendor assessment results. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). EU customer data stays on EU servers. We're GDPR compliant with full Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) available on request.
Do you integrate with our existing security tools?
Yes. We support SSO (Azure AD, Google Workspace, Okta, any SAML 2.0 provider), RESTful API for custom integrations, and webhooks for real-time event notifications. Professional and Enterprise plans include dedicated integration support and custom development if needed.

What's included in each plan?
Starter: Phishing simulations, core training modules, basic reporting. Good for small teams testing the platform.

Professional: Everything in Starter + AI-adaptive training, custom templates, advanced analytics, vendor assessments, priority support.

Enterprise: Everything in Professional + custom integrations, dedicated account manager, white-label options, custom SLAs, unlimited vendor assessments.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Monthly or annual billing available (annual gets 20% discount). If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period, and we'll export all your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON).

What kind of support do you offer?
Starter: Email support with 24-hour response time, comprehensive documentation.

Professional: Priority email + live chat support, 4-hour response time during business hours.

Enterprise: Dedicated account manager, phone support, custom SLAs (down to 1-hour response), quarterly strategy reviews.
Do you offer onboarding assistance?
Yes. Professional plans include guided onboarding calls. Enterprise plans get dedicated onboarding with a customer success manager who helps with setup, employee communications, campaign strategy, and optimization. We want you successful from day one.
